Why You Need a TMJ Device
When we think of the most used joint in our bodies, we often think of the arms or legs, but it's actually the temporomandibular joint (TMJ). The TMJ is so crucial to our bodies that it's practically in use 24 hours a day, enabling us to speak, eat, and breathe.
