Violating any of the following may void your warranty.
Receive a regular check-up and gum care once a year during the warranty period.
Follow your provider's instructions closely and maintain consistent oral hygiene.
If you notice symptoms (pain, looseness, gum disease), contact us immediately for care.
If you have oral habits such as teeth grinding or clenching, receive ongoing treatment and management.
The warranty does not apply in the following cases.
Treatment was interrupted due to delayed payment
The patient missed two or more scheduled check-ups
The patient did not properly disclose their medical history
Damage caused by other trauma (accident, impact, external shock, etc.) or disease
The fixture, screw, or prosthesis was lost due to patient negligence
