Violations of the following may result in loss of warranty coverage.
Receive regular checkups and periodontal care once a year during the warranty period.
Follow your clinician’s instructions and maintain consistent oral hygiene.
If you notice symptoms (pain, mobility, gum disease), contact our clinic immediately for care.
If you have bruxism or clenching, receive ongoing treatment and management.
Warranty does not apply if any of the following occur.
Treatment is discontinued due to delayed payment.
Failure to attend two or more scheduled regular checkups.
Failure to properly disclose medical history.
Issues caused by other trauma (accident, assault, external impact) or disease.
Fixture, screw, or prosthesis falls out due to patient negligence.
